We Offer the following services:

Vacation Relief- Are you expecting important information or a call you just cant miss? Relax let Islander Answering Service take your calls. This service includes unlimited calls, faxes, and patching important calls through to you.(In the USA only). All for only $20.00 a week up to 4 week max. We do have a one time account set up fee of $10.00 for this service. All fees are due upon startup.

Live telephone Answering Service - Have peace of mind that customers will not be frustrated by voicemail or an answering machine... or worst yet, no answer at all. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We will use phrases you request plus standard information as office hours, location, etc. Our goal is to sound more like your receptionist than an Answering Service.

Message Delivery by Fax or Email - Messages can be sent to your fax machine or email address as they are received (instantly), at predetermined times (scheduled) or when you call in (on demand). The choice is yours.

Appointment scheduling and cancellations - We can minimize your operating time by assigning a telephone number which we can handle your appointments and cancellations on a day, to day bases or by your choice.

Wake-up service or reminder calls- Any time of the day, any day of the week, we can provide you with a wake up or reminder call. Relax and rest knowing we'll wake you or remind you at the appropriate time.

Patching - if someone needs to speak with you right away, we can patch the caller through to you if you wish.
